Sales Competition
Every Sales Person has a chance to be rewarded and to be the top performer.
All scores are multiples of Sales achievement on individual targets, ATV, IPB. So keeping higher of all these parameters will give you more chances to score higher. Any increase of any of the mentioned KPI will give you a better score.
Any manipulation or wrong data submission will be punished and such person will be downgraded in scores and issued a warning!
Every sales person and SM need to update Sales, IPB, ATV during a day as many time as possible, so after each update, you will have a new score and new ranking and can see scoring calculation as per provided format.
Top 15 Performers who'll score highest will be rewarded !!
All scores and data will be finalized and verified after completing a period/month.
Stores Competition
Every Store Manager has a chance to be rewarded for a top performer Store.
All scores are multiples of TC Growth, ATV, IPB. So keeping higher of all these parameters will give you more chances to score higher. Any increase of any of mentioned KPI will give you a better score. Store MTD TC should be higher compared to LY, otherwise, you're out of the game!
Any manipulation or wrong data submission will be punished and such person/SM will be downgraded in scores and issued a warning!
Every SM need to update TC, IPB, ATV during a day as many time as possible, so after each update, you will have a new score and a new ranking and you can see calculation in a format provided to you.
All scores and data will be verified and finalized monthly after completing a period(a month) and winners will be announced.
Every update might be online each 10 min. Each store will be given online form to fill in sales and other KPIs. The ranking is for the Month total, so you should fill in MTD total every time you update. You can view the scores online and in the form provided to you.
Separately could be Weekly and other types of Rankings.
Final scores and winners will be announced by the management after verification and data validation.
All other terms and more details will be shared and communicated by the management and the author of the project by email or in other forms.
Region Manager has right to change the rules and to make any other decisions.
Note! Some Outlet and clearance category stores' score increased or decreased to be aligned to regular stores for fair competition.
