While the world is evolving, women are still lagging behind when it comes to leadership roles in business. One of the challenges facing women hoping to advance into leadership rules is the lack of mentorships and customized programs available for them.
Call It Spring together with Apparel Learning Academy is excited to announce the launch of the Women in Leadership program for Call it Spring future leaders.
Our priority is to help women get the best out of this program and we want to provide a customized, personal learning experience that will help to overcome challenges and put the start of new leader. We support women who want to grow and are seeking their unique version of success; a success that can go well beyond their regular job.
The 2 full-day programs sessions are to:
encourage women to try new things
take place in a safe and supportive environment
push women intellectually and emotionally
develop their confidence and personal insight
give new skills and knowledge
