MRM - Leaders Meeting

We're having periodic structured meetings to discuss functioning of the stores, all departments and to take corrective actions when required.

We review results and processes, actions and best practices of each department and stores and share knowledge. Management provides guidelines and training and identifies areas for improvement.

We got lot's of insights and important updates on upcoming events and agreed on actions. We're one team and can go far together... Some shots from our last MRM.
