Drills - for fast and perfect customer service
We care about our customers and we want to make sure our service is fast and perfect for all our customers. Therefore we are using speed drills, color matches, alternative styles, etc. to be always helpful and able to create trendy look for our customers.
So, need to keep a timer and practice regularly to make sure our speed of getting sizes/styles are on min.
Next is to make sure we can make package of matching bags and ACC with any shoes.
And another drill is to make a color package from different categories as a complete set.
All these should be done by all team members on floor and within a shortest period of a time!
